 Because we only work with a handful of clients at a time, and know intuitively who to connect you with- we typically introduce you to candidates in an average of 5 business days from onboarding.  Our team handles all the sourcing, vetting, and pre-interviewing for you.

Can you support us beyond one hire?

Absolutely. Our long term clients retain us as a fractional recruiting partner for ongoing hiring support and sales team buildout. We provide a warm bench of A players and discounted pricing for ongoing hiring needs.

What if the hire doesn’t work out?

Every placement comes with a 30, 60, or 90 day guarantee period. If candidate is let go or resigns within this timeframe, we will work with you to find a better fit. Our success is your success.

How do you vet for sales success?
