Step 1: Understanding your needs.

Our goal is long term relationships. We take the time to connect and understand your culture fit, the "vibe" you're looking for, and the experience level and skill set required to achieve success in the role.

Step 2: Sourcing and screening candidates.

We source from our personal network and targeted outreach and screen candidates based on the agreed upon requirements laid out in the initial conversation. The screening includes a skills test to make sure they can "walk the walk" and not just talk.

Step 3: Connecting you to Candidates.

The goal is quality not quantity. More options only slow you down, what is important is talking to the RIGHT candidates. We introduce you to 3 quality candidates (up to 6 if necessary) that we are confident will have success in the role.

Throughout the process we receive feedback and adapt if necessary. The initial hire may require more back and forth as we understand what your needs are, but allows us to be set up for a long term relationship we are able to proactively scout talent for your ongoing hires as you scale.

Step 4: We guarantee a great fit.

You make your hire from the candidates you've interviewed and get them onboarded. We offer 30, 60, and 90 day guarantees at varying price points. If for some reason a red flag is missed, they aren't hitting KPIs, or theres a family emergency and they have to leave- we will replace the hire at no additional cost.


We believe in transparent pricing. Our pricing is significantly less than the standard Recruiting industry practice of 20% of the On Target Earnings of the role.

Pricing varies based on the role, quantity of hires, whether you choose a 30, 60, or 90 day Guarantee period.
